The graphics look amazing. As far as enemy design goes. I'd have to say wait. Programmers are only human they need some time to first get aquatinted to the new capabilities and then to take advantage of them. You saw a bit of this in RFOM. The early levels looked ps2ish but as you progressed through the levels they go more and more PS3ish. More efects, more textures, The last level looked great. Give it some time and I believe that these screens are from the game. i know the first one is it's in the trailer. And they're not cheating the trailer either, if you watch each frame you can see the texture bit maps. Though the video looks soft, but video compression soft, not game graphics soft. The rest is great but these enemies just looks like sharper PS2 models with some shiny lube on them.
