By: linton /blog/2007/06/motorstorm-produces-downloadable-content/comment-page-1/#comment-26439 linton Sun, 17 Jun 2007 13:14:43 +0000 /blog/?p=438#comment-26439 This has nothing to do with the interview here, but i just have to add that Blueray Disc is The future of Storage meduim, but the thing with the future....it takes time to get here, i cant wait to see the end of box set dvd's, imagine being able to buy one disc which has all the episodes of say 'firefly' or 'Lord of the rings trilogy' with all the extra's on one disc! -how sweet would that be, or Gran Turismo 5 with extra's such as how did they manage to program all that visual accuracy in a game, or the making of the game but not the shortened crap we get from time to time, there are so many possibilities with blue ray disc, i sure developers or film studios are going to realise this at some point, like i say the future takes time to get here(or there!?) I would have liked more game modes in Motorstorm, I would have liked more tracks but given the dirge of decent PS3 games, I wouldn't have wanted to wait until next month to get it. I have sympathy with small, independent developers like Evolution (and Insomniac, Ninja Theory, Team Ninja etc), who are bucking the trend of PS3-bashing and jumping feet-first into PS3 development, leaping all the hurdles of learning a radically new console architecture and delivering a cracking game to what is going to be a very small audience and for not very much return.
