01923 653598 : Call this number for support as it’s cheaper and free if you use your free inclusive minutes on your mobile and dependant on your landline phone tarif it’s classed as a standard number. I had problems with certain downloads and the only way I got a refund was by disputing the credit card transaction under the sales of good and services act / distance selling regulations. The Sony Helpline are useless and just report it to Head Office aand when they do come to call you back they try and find some useless excuse or just offer you a Promo Disc of a game.

I too have downloaded Trials of Topoq and Creature feature, both from the UK store, on my import Hong Kong console. Stuck on the load screens. Phoned Sony support (08705998877)over and over again, each time to be told its been investigated, passed to head office or a supervisior is looking into it. All i want is a refund, but i think ive spent more on the phone calls now. Really miffed off

I too am having issues with Trials of Topoq not loading… I have a Japanese PS3 that I bought in Japan when I lived there and brought back to the UK with me. It just sits there at the loading screen, haven’t bought/downloaded Creature Feature yet and probably wont (until I hear its fixed) seeing as others are having problems.

Same problem here with Creature feature and Trials of Topoq on the Hong Kong version of the PS3. And no idea how to solve the problem.

I also bought Creature Feature for my Japanese PS3 (I relocated from Japan so I sure as hell aren’t going to sell it and buy a domestic model) and it locks at the loading screen. Does anyone know who/why I can contact the relevant area at Sony to try to get this refunded? I guess I could dispute the credit card transaction because as far as I am concerned I have been sold a faulty item.

Heres another problem. The games Creature Feature and Topoq wont load on a japanese import ps3 yet Aqua Vita does. I thought they were aiming for region free or is this an unforseen programming glitch? I just wasted Â£7 on these so I thought I’d warn you this could be a taste of things to some for those of you who got an import machine. I can just see the price of the ps3 I’d get if it was sold on ebay.

In light of the above, Sony please make it clear if you need to have a certain piece of equipment to use a piece of software even moreso if there is a financialoutlay involve. 2 quid isn’t a lot, but its the best part of a pint. Could Three Speech also notify us of what is required?

and again Nintendo’s WII surpases the PSN,

after the weatherchannel,the Newschannel,surveychannel for everyone,

they get in december a giftchannel (where you can buy games online and give them to your friends as gifts) and a TV-EPG guide…

sorry SO-NOT,but again the worst of the 3 consoles got the best of all.

where is HOME?
(with more than the trailertheater,buggy checkers & 5 arcade games)

its more and more that the competition is driving at the speed of 70 Mph on the Highway,where Sony’ (PS3) (and especially SCEE) is doing 30 Mph,and even getting passed by grannies driving a PS2

So right Zed Zee and the “funniest” thing of all is even though we get everything late we have to pay far more for the privelage.
