He was the man who was trying to get the PS brand to move in the online and community directions according to them. So that Harrison's memory is not tainted surely this lot too should come on board and start complaining like the majority of us about the state of the PS3's online features and so called "store". I for one will continue to complain endlessly until SCEE do something which is to my satisfaction.
