If you just take a look over some of the other topics, some users appear from thin air saying "dont post here again then" or "go get a xbox" or something, they then never post again. :O. Lastly as an overall thing, some people went out bought this console for £425 or so at launch. They expected a certain service or were led to believe that certain things would be available/offered by Sony that have yet to appear. This obviously stems from the old NTSC and PAL formats which are now mostly redundant with the new universal HD formats. Being tied to Europe and the vast array of different languages and polices from each individual country just cripples the release process down to a poorly translated crawl. No offense to anyone not from the UK... but I personally would prefer to be tied with America on the games front. English is English, HD is HD; the only difference would be the rating systems?
