"If theY were as kak as, say, the Wii, then I’d have loads of space left" :) If I wish to keep my European (UK) 60Gb release day console in the same state I bought it (for posterity sake), then I can see I'm going to have to buy another PS3 & "pimp it" with a larger drive before too long. This aside, what is the most interesting task you have done with Linux installed? Do you regularly take screen images of in-game content? I have to say thought that i use the ps3 wirlessly and its really impressive easily out performs my laptops wirless capabilitys. Can play online and even host mgo servers with no lag what so ever. I have four MP3 files (for playing within the "Pain" jukebox), and that's it. Hardly ever have any messages stored, and no photos at all. I'd like to buy a few more PlayStation Network titles, but I am seriously running short of on-board capacity, so I always have to off-load the videos to an external USB drive. I've tried TVersity but it doesn't cope with my wireless network very well. OK, it did for a week, then it just got tiresome enough to not use any more. A 250Gb LaCie hard drive now holds all the video downloads from every region :) Just this morning I had under 1Mb free & I need to find almost 5Gb for "Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy" & 300Mb for "Battlefield: Bad Company" when I get home this evening :( One of the self-imposed issues of downloading stuff from other regions, I guess. Whenever I buy the Official UK PlayStation Magazine & the cover-mounted disc has a playable demo I have pre-installed already I uninstall it as I can re-install quicker than re-downloading. Damn Sony & their great games! If the were as kak as, say, the Wii, then I'd have loads of space left :) BFN, fp.
