My opinion changed when I played online with somebody else (who eventually gave up & logged-out as I was shockingly bad at it!) as the mechanic of the multiplayer co-op seemed to improve the single player experience; and also because I got to play as Sheva that means my playing tactics had to change as she has different strengths & weaknesses. The other party also showed me how to interact with the environment more as I had missed the seemingly obvious interaction with the in-game objects on my initial outing. Chris' ability to pull & push furniture around helped me finish the first stage. I'm still struggling to get past the new "Dr Salvador" character (the sack-headed chainsaw maniac). Later stages have a boat trip & fighting a crocodile. I'm looking forward to this now. BFN, fp. I’ve warmed to the game since I first commented upon it as I’ve played it a few times more now.

The demo was lame. I’m still not sold on RE5, which is a shame because I had high hopes for this game. The demo was lame.
