Everyone’s favourite PS3 Parkour-based action adventure is set to have a downloadable map pack, offering nine races across seven Time Trial maps. This package of DLC is due to be available in January.

The Time Trial maps have proved to be the most popular mode in Mirror’s Edge so far and the new content will challenge even the best runner. As if that wasn’t quite enough, DICE has chucked in an extra goodie – all PS3-owning Mirror’s Edge fans will be able to download an additional map for free. Isn’t that nice!

Hello friends.

We know you love to spend most of your time reading Three Speech and doing the occasional bit of gaming in between articles, but we thought it would be an interesting little experiment to see what your day jobs are. So, what do you do? Are you a butcher, a baker or a candlestick-maker? Perhaps a tinker, a tailor, a soldier or a spy? Or maybe you work in marketing?

As if you weren’t blessed with an abundance of FPS wonderment thanks to the mighty Resistance 2, there’s also the awesome Killzone 2 waiting in the wings. You’d have to have been living under a stone to have missed the fact that every glimpse we’ve had so far Guerrilla Games’ pending sequel has been pretty stunning.

P3Zine has got an excellent Killzone 2 special issue available for download. Complete with a preview of the game, exclusive assets, interviews, desktops and screensavers. What do they say about the game? Apparently it’s “absolutely phenomenal”. Click here to find out more.
