2. In the Playstation.co.nz forums a SONY emploee hinted at a NICE suprizefrom SONY for wiating so long to get a PS3.

4. With supply really cranked up, I doubt Europe will need to fear the scalpers as much as we Yanks did. I hope everyone who wants one will be able to get one!

5. Hopefully. It’s those sellers on eBay who buy 50 of them to sell. Like Wii. Where the hell did they get that many of them? So many sellers with bulk lots.

   …Well the decision arrives then - what retailer
   to pre order with? (once it’s all confirmed).
   I went with Woolies for PS2 and Wii. Not without problems though. Game and GameStation are more likely to have bundle deals, which I dont want.
   I hope the rumoured ’special treat’ is a £399 price tag. Not fussed about HDMI cables. They can cost a bomb, I wouldn’t expect one to be included. Besides, AV fans will want to buy their own ‘gold plated’ ones…

7. Yeah, somone at the ThreeSpeech event mentioned that the price hasnt been finalized yet - so I’m hoping for £399 too! Casino Royale on BluRay would be great too - much better than the one that game with US PS3’s.

   I’m a bit worried about pre-ordering though, need to make sure I know as soon as places like HMV and Game start taking pre-orders. Hopefully there will be decent stock though. I think I’ll go with HMV if I manage to get one. There won’t be an official preorder scheme, the Sony Rep at the ThreeSpeech event also said that it was too hard to get all the retailers to agree about a pre order scheme, so it will be up to stores!
