Hey ThreeSpeech, this is off topic a bit, but can we have a thread to chat about the features we’d like to see fixed in games? I have a page of gripes about GT5p you see, and no audience for them. Grrr! The rules would have to be one positive comment for each negative.

I guess somebody never remembered to link their PSN to their forum ID….?
The forums are down to implement the joining of the two(basically you’ll now log-in with your PSN sign-in email and your password)
But,if you haven’t linked them you’ll have to start afresh…
i think SCEE stated that they’d be back up on Monday…

probably to do with the maintenance and the linkage of PSN accounts to forum accounts….I woudlnt get too worked up about it, its not like the EU forums are any good!

The forums are likely closed because Sony doesn’t want their version of the RRoD (the 80010514 error for the PS3) getting out to the mass public.

The error was being asked about quite a bit over there…and this all before Sony’s updates to their store and the Blu-Ray player. Not good to sully the only positive news you’ve had in a while with a real downer of a problem.

The forums had been grinding to halt recently and they had to disable search a while ago. I guess they are just using this time to upgrade the servers while everything is being linked with PSN. It’s mad how a lot of the gaming news sites have picked up on the 80010514 error, seems like a bit of a non-story considering the error is supposed to mean bad hard drive…
